Overview

Transformational leadership is all about transforming yourself in order to transform others. Often, we focus on the idea that, as leaders, we must be able to lead our followers to our objectives. But have you ever thought about the internal aspects that are key to successful leadership?

This workshop will approach transformational leadership from a scientific rather than holistic perspective. The program’s objective is to both introduce the mechanisms involved in transformational leadership and fine-tune the leaders’ skills and ideologies to maximize their impact on their respective organizations. Participants will leave with not just newfound knowledge but also personal questions that they can constantly ask themselves in order to reflect on and evaluate themselves as leaders.
